In Embroidery by Cinnamon McCullum

Junko Oki is a Japanese stitch artist who uses freehand embroidery to create abstract images with cloth. Aside from art, she also creates accessories such as necklaces, pendants and pouches for lucky objects. She is a bit elusive, and half of her site is in her native tongue but you’ll still enjoy her updates. She also has two books, the latest “culte à la carte” with a limited printing of 500 copies.

Check out this great collection of her work on Pinterest.
